Audio post and localisation pipeline for one of Europe's largest digital fitness platforms. Over 8,000 minutes of English-spoken trainer content, given a German voice. AI-supported cloud workflow, built before GPT was a thing.

Content Ops needed the files to land. Named, normalised, ready for ingest. Localisation needed authentic voices, not a roster ticking down a sheet. Production needed one partner across the chain. Casting, transcription, recording, mix, master. Marketing needed the drop on time for the campaign. We did all four. Automated where it should be, hand-finished where it counts.

The pure-audio spin-off
Gymondo invented a new format: workouts without screens. Outdoor runs and guided meditations, ears only. We shaped the audio side: voice direction, dramaturgy, mix logic for closed-eye attention. The format was theirs. The detail was ours.
Lip-sync was never the point. Energy was. We loved it.
