Audio post and localisation pipeline for one of Europe's largest digital fitness platforms — over 8,000 minutes of English-spoken trainer content, given a German voice. AI-supported cloud workflow, built before GPT was a thing.
Content Ops needed the files to land — named, normalised, ready for ingest. Localisation needed authentic voices, not a roster ticking down a sheet. Production needed one partner across the chain — casting, transcription, recording, mix, master. Marketing needed the drop on time for the campaign — no escalation, no missed slot. The pipeline did all four — automated where it should be, hand-finished where it counts.
Gymondo invented a new format: workouts without screens — outdoor runs and guided meditations, ears only. We shaped the audio side: voice direction, dramaturgy, mix logic for closed-eye attention. The format was theirs. The detail was ours.
